In response to this challenge, Workplace Connect provides a simple user interface that makes all data accessible from one location.

REDUCING COMPLEXITY IN THE WORKPLACE
Workplace Connect leverages the most recent design standards to provide best in class user interfaces and user experience. Every feature is tailored to simplify access to data and minimize effort for the user. Built on top of Konica Minolta Cognitive Services, it uses semantic technologies to not only extract but also understand content and context from digital items. This allows us to offer a meaningful experience, to provide the right information, at the right time, to the right user. Beyond Workplace Connect, and in connection with the Intelligent and Connected Workplace initiatives of Konica Minolta, our team is working on a program for AI-based suggestions, information retrieval or contextual recommendations, using Augmented Intelligence to improve the performances of existing systems for document and information management.
